Last year I decided to forgo New Year’s resolutions. Instead I set a theme for the year. The theme for 2014 was “Do and Go.” This year’s theme is “Participate.”  I mean to fully participate in life every day. I’ll admit that participation in January was a challenge. January is a cold dark month here in western PA. So glad that month is behind us!

Today I am trying to decide on which photo to enter in an online portrait contest. I’ll admit I’m way out of my league on this particular event. For the $20 entry fee my photo will be viewed by people all over the world. I will be participating in getting my work seen by a new audience. More "liberating my art."

 (FYI, I did mail out the postcards for the 2015 Liberate Your Art Postcard Swap.)

Now, which photo should I use?  Help! Let me know in the comment section which photo I should summit.

My other act of participation today will be attending a lecture on the effects of climate change on bird migration. Should be interesting!
