Today I was out walking in the gray misty weather that is western PA in January. I took this photo with my cell phone. As the ground was as quilt of ice and slush I decided not to carry a larger camera. There isn't much color in our landscape this time of year. I think the snow adds a little pizazz.

Keep warm and stop back soon!

    1. Hi Dick, It is the Connoquenessing Creek. I was in Camp Redwing Girl Scout camp when I took the photo. And you were right about my last post photos, they were taken at McConnell's Mill State Park.

  2. Oh, by the way, there is no snow or ice down here in Texas. At least, not yet. I used to live not far from you and have seen both creeks frozen over.

  3. Pizzazz indeed! I always say that the only time it looks pretty here in winter is when there's snow! Happy (and careful) walking to you, Jill!
