Environmental Art Show

This the second half of my London Calling sketchbook that is making it's way via the U.S. postal system to the Brooklyn Art Library for the

Art House Co-op Sketchbook Project 2012.

My sketchbook is about my dream trip to London and being part of an

environmental art show at The Modern Tate.

This post shows what I contributed as an artist to the show.

I may have forgotten to send my "Little Pink House" to

Cloth Paper Scissors for their house challenge

but I have gotten a lot of use out of it elsewhere.

Once again I'm using rabbit/collage  to talk about

the development of green spaces and displacement of wildlife.

The last page of the book asks,

What did you send to the landfill today?

I added my name to the title.

It's a fun project. Your art work ( message) gets sent out into the world.

The hardest part of the project is that the books are small, 5x7. 

I found it hard to work on such a small space.

I am doing the next Project but I think I'll remove

the pages then rebind the book when I'm finished.
