Watercolor class
I took a three day watercolor class last week. It was uncharted waters for me. I learned a lot, my head is still spinning. You can read more about the class on Maria's blog
Maria and her group are accomplished watercolorists as your will see in the following photos.
The bird in the cage is mine.
This Maria's demonstration piece...I know, wow!
Birds always seem unfriendly to me. But, Sue's bird looks like a bird I could share a park bench.
This bird was painted by Cathy. My photo does not do it justice. The colors are wonderful and with a mat frame it pops like crazy.
Impressive, I know. You should see this painting with a dark mat frame, the background looks even better making the bird a show stopper.
Nice work Shelly.
My next post will be of our light house painting, stormy skies that are not to be missed.
Good job!!

I Love your bird in a cage! You were in impressive company as well. Watercolour is not an easy medium, but you triumphed!
ReplyDeleteIt was really fun and I enjoyed all the great work created by all!
