Happy New Year!
I thought I would share a Christmas present. My good friend Diane Moore made me a calendar featuring Nevada faral burros. These burros wonder freely in and out town. Over the last year Diane has been snapping pictures all over the Beatty, NV area. I case you didn't know, Beatty's claim to fame is being the Gateway to Death Valley

Happy New Year Jill. I love the new blog look and your first burro image. Those guys are really cute, and I had not known of their existence until you posted that. May your year be filled with creativity and productivity!
ReplyDeleteI love it that you are sharing these. We have been to Beatty because we used to go to Death Valley every year. It's a gorgeous place. And these feral burros are the ultimate! I don't think we ever saw them in our travels, but we probably saw them and thought they were tame!!
