Merry Christmas

I wanted to share some of the handmade
Christmas cards I received this year.
I loved them all and thank you, you very talented women
for putting me on your Christmas card list.

This first card was made by Jane Smith.
Jane lives in CA and has been a great mail art friend.

Corrine Gilman sent me this "Special" card.
Corrine faithfully reads and leaves comments on my blog.
Thank you Corrine for you friendship and always
special mail art.
You can keep up with Corrine at

This fun Christmas tree was made by Hannah Koch.
Hannah and I met when we both participated in a
Christmas Art Swap with
Cloth Paper Scissors.
( we both had our pieces published in the Dec. issue)
I was lucky enough to receive a very cute
tree ornament from Hannah through that swap.
Look for Hannah's blog Artist Holiday
on my blog list to left of your screen.

What a snazzy tree!
Wanda Spangler Warren, a local mixed media artist,
sent me this card. I met Wanda at our friend Maria's art studio.
I hope to see more of Wanda in 2013!

Now for my mess.

Somehow I didn't center the picture and got a white
boarder around two sides. There is also a typo on the back.
I had my kids help me cut the boarders off and decorate the envelopes.
As we worked they "worked" on me trying to get early
Christmas gifts.
Next time December 3rd or 4th rolls around and I don't have
Christmas cards made and I get the bright idea to whip something up....
STOP ME!

 Have a very Merry Christmas
and I hope Santa is good to you!
