Help Japan
Hello to all,
As I was blog hopping I saw this fund raiser on Maria Kovalenko Leysens blog, http://www.mklart.blogspot.com/
Daily Paint Works is holding a fund raiser to help relief efforts in Japan. Artist submit a painting, we bid on it and pay the artist, who then sends the money to the relief organization they have chosen. So far they have raised $17,615.
I hope you all drop by the website. There are a lot of cool paintings.

ReplyDeleteThank you for posting this link. The painting sold and I was able to donate over 100 dollars to the relief fund. And then the gal who won the painting gave it to someone who admired it... such generosity... I like to think it is the gift that keeps giving.
